SEMINAR #9 "Genuine Leadership"  The title here implies that there is a qualitative difference between the much bantered word leadership and what the seminar's title suggests.  Of the myriad definitions of the phrase, the most salient are presented here.  Additionally, characteristics of genuine leadership are noted along with the major personality traits one must possess to be such a leader.  After a detailed study of the five basic needs of people and ways to work toward meeting those needs, the three basic leadership styles are fully explained.  Finally, an individualized introspection piece is completed and an implementation plan created.  This seminar is intended for the educational as well as the corporate community.  All levels of management are encouraged to attend.
